I was very pleased with the personalized ornament. It had a nice glossy finish and made a great gift. It should be noted that one side is gray and the other side is a slight brownish color. The printing turned out fine. I especially like how you are able to see the layout online before it is printed.

I was extremely happy to find a tree ornament for my Occupational Therapist daughter. (I bought one a few years ago for my Paramedic son) & prior to seeing this I was trying to work out how I could create something similar for her.
