Order was placed on 13th for advertised delivery before Christmas. Supposedly it was processed by the 16th. And picked up by UPS which had it for 4 days not moving. Christmas came and went. No gift for family member. Still waiting. Hope it's not broken either. Disappointed. Had to ship from California to North Carolina. According to tracking map, it's still at UPS in California. Today is the 26th. I did not realize this was an Etsy shop vs large company. I will not use this company again. Side note, all other items ordered from other companies on this day and days after,.... were all received before Christmas. Haven't received it to see the product.
