Green Leaves Stems From Raspberry Bush Blue Gold, with no raspberries, just leaves. I initially called the piece, "Undulating Raspberry Leaves", then shortened it to "Undulating Leaves", but that didn't quite describe it well enough.
I created this art, inspired by seeing a photo in a magazine, with a velvet fabric photo frame from England, made during World War 2, embroidered with a leaf pattern. And so, I doodled a bunch of raspberry leaves, just the leaves on printer paper, my canvas of choice, and then filled in the background.For both the leaves and stems and background, I used acrylic paint and markers, filling up the sheet.
Just recently, I turned the letter size art into a repeat pattern, filling in gaps, blending seams with Photoshop paint functions.

I wanted a tapestry fabric to drape over a large table. Real tapestry fabric and tapestries are VERY expensive. For a 140.00 investment I achieved the look very nicely. Actually looks better in person.
The tablecloth also came much earlier than I had expected. I had to blow up the pattern to fit a larger tablecloth and was concerned about the registration. It turned out quite well. Kind of pattern that adapts well.
