Green foliage, baby baptism Photo Ceramic Ornament

The ornament turned out very fuzzy. It's also very thin. The first one I ordered was lost in the mail somehow so they had to reship it and it took forever to arrive. For how much money I spent on the ornament itself plus shipping you can say I am way more than disappointed. Not to mention when I first designed the ornament the back was left blank intentionally, but it arrived a random baby on the back. When I went back into the design it was different than the original submission and showed the baby that wasn't pictured before. Will not be ordering from Zazzle again after this experience and I want my money refunded. Totally fuzzy and unclear.

I was extremely happy to find a tree ornament for my Occupational Therapist daughter. (I bought one a few years ago for my Paramedic son) & prior to seeing this I was trying to work out how I could create something similar for her. Unfortunately my first order was deemed lost in the mail which meant it didn't arrive in time to give my daughter when she finished Uni. However the Zazzle Support team were fabulous & organised a replacement quite quickly. My daughter is very happy. Thank you. Nice ornament, love the colours
