Green Abstract Landscape Greeting Card
This image in green and teal was painted by my father. The buildings catch the eye first, tucked under some trees. Then one notices a tiny figure and their dog. Large stone outcroppings with their textured surfaces are like a protective arm around the buildings. Done in 1980, it's painted on a material that my father didn't use very often - watercolor paper. He usually painted on rice paper that was later mounted on thicker paper stock.
