National flag of Greece The Greek national flag (also known as the 'blue white') has nine horizontal blue and white stripes, with a cross in the top left corner. This design has been the sole national flag since 1978, and the flag has a 2:3 ratio. You can personalise the design further if you'd prefer, such as by adding your name or other text, or adjusting the image - just click 'Customise it' to see all the options.
