Product is fine but they arrived with the sample address rather than the address I stipulated. Then - I've spent over an hour trying to send and resend a message via their contact page - which doesn't work. As there is no customer service phone #, this is the only way to relay a message. IT SHOULD WORK! I'm Very frustrated and disappointed in this company. Terrible - printed the sample address.
