Gratitude is Everything Note to Self Chalkboard Poster

Sometimes we just need a reminder to be grateful. This Gratitude is Everything "Note to Self" design does exactly that, and it does it in pretty cool style! We've made the chalkboard background green, but also made it customisable, so you can have an orange or blue or even traditional black background. Our chalky look overly does the rest, and this white chalk design looks good on just about any colour. You can change "Note to Self:" to be anything you'd like (or you can delete it) and remember to change the XX in the year, delete it, or even change it to something else.
