When I received the announcement, it was printed in purple- not the royal blue as in the photograph. I called immediately and a very nice Zazzle representative instructed me to email a photo of the announcement to her and she would have them reprinted for me. This was done at 3:00 pm PST on a Friday afternoon. I received the new announcements the NEXT BUSINESS DAY! That meant that they actually reprinted the announcement AND mailed it after 3:00 pm on Friday! I was totally impressed with the customer service and the quality/color of the new product. The image quality of the photos on the finished product was great! The reprint of the announcement met all of my expectations of the product.

Really beautiful although the rich burgundy colour was a bit darker than I expected. The overall shape and quality of the the card more than made up for that. Just how I asked for it. Excellent quality.
