This ex libris template features a digitally enhanced print of an antique 1868 Briton Rivière painting of a raven on a stack of ancient books by a Gothic mediaeval stained glass window. It was created to illustrate a poem by Thomas Ingoldsby (1840-1920) about a jackdaw, who steals a cardinal's ring, and is made a saint.
