GOTHIC LODGE and SCHOOL - BANNACK MONTANA Poster
The lodge was built in 1874 in the Gothic Style. A housewife contributed her bread board as the base of the Masonic Symbol beneath the roof eave peak. It did double duty for decades as the town's school house while secret Masonic meetings were held upstairs.
The ghostly cries of children long since gone have been heard by the merry-go-round as it spins in the breeze. However, when people attempt to move it themselves ... the rust seems to prevent it from moving so easily as it did before.

I hung this in the stairwell of our house, near some other Renoir pictures. My daughter says it looks like she is looking at her when she walks up the stairs.
it's called "The Excursionist", she is holding a walking stick. Renoir was an impressionist, I don't think this is an actual person. The finished framed picture arrived and looks better than the online pic - Beautiful!
