Gorst Records Retro Style Button Magnet

This is a record label designed by me, to honour the town of Gorst, Washington. I included the fictional songs “The Seagull Polka” and “Jib Stebby’s Jug”; the latter being named after a legendary moonshine-making man named Jib, who did his secret distilling in the woods of Gorst during the prohibition days of the early 20th century. Jib originally taught his innovative distilling processes (and secret ingredients) to one of the current giants of the American whiskey industry in Tennessee, who never gave Jib the recognition he deserved. Jib was forced to relocate to the quiet woods of Kitsap County, where he continued to distil the finest whiskey in western Washington.
