Golden Feilds Mule Deer Cushion
I felt like painting something yellow! I don't recall ever having done a whole work in only yellows and golds, so I thought I would try it out. For some reason when I thought about deer I thought about having been wanting to paint a pertyon for a while now and this is the image that popped into my mind. I wanted to make this digital painting very warm, and I also wanted to keep it somewhat stylised and loose with the sunflowers semi inspired by Vincent Van Goughs sunflowers (although I didn't actully look at the painting at all when I was doing this piece. OMG my order exceeded my expectation’s. My products are beautiful, they were done soo well. The cushion I did was for my nephews birthday, who had his little pet chapoodle for just over 15yrs, she passed last yr. So I had some special photos as well as a photo of her paw prints and hair put on the cushion. I wanted to make it special for him. His birthday is not until Mon 27th so he hasn’t seen it yet. When he opens his present on the his special day, we are all going to have a little cry, all because of the cushion and how well it was made to bring out the best memories we have of our little Princess.
So thank you soo much for the work you did, and I will most definitely be using you again for one of my other products.
