I re-ordered this product because I needed more to send out. first, they sent me the wrong invitation. I received a baby shower one instead of my mother's 80th birthday invitation. I called customer service right away and they were very helpful. they were willing to send me a new batch for free and fast shipping for free. it took 3 days for the fast shipping to get to my place. thank goodness I was still able to mail them on time but cut it very close. despite of all the delays I am still willing to order from zazzle. the printing was very nice
