This review is based on my whole experience with Zazzle. Customer service is horrible. Took days to speak to someone. I emailed them the day I received my package because I got someone else's cards vs my own. Week goes by waiting for my new order. Nothing! According to customer service I already received them. Yes, the incorrect ones!!! Finally one representative said id receive them in two days. Two days turned into 4. I was also told I'd get partial refund yea that didn't happen. I don't recommend this service at all. Will never use Zazzle again nor recommend. .

I found the overall editing process worked out really great, it provided a variety of design features to my liking. Printing color came out really good. I messed up something on a small detail in the back of the invite while editing so attention to detail is a must before submitting order. It will print exactly the way you submit the order.
