The product itself is terrible. I ordered a tie as a first time tie buyer expecting a nice tie with a soft feel that ties well and instead, what I got was a thin, starchy-feeling product that didn't tie well. They did give me a refund, but the product was not good quality. The printing itself was fine, but it cut off too early- half of the collar, once tied, was white like the background (and honestly, it's a black and gold tie, WHY a white background?).

Thanks for delivering this wonderful tie for my best friends 40th 90s theme birthday party. My partner and I are dressing up as Mulder and Scully and the tie is very Mulderish.
