I was very happy with the quality of my personalized greeting cards— but, I was disappointed with the delivery. The greeting cards were wrapped in a single paper strip to secure them and then sent in an envelope. The single strip to secure them in place was not enough, and several of the cards shifted in shipping & were damaged. Some of the cards were unusable.
In the end, the product itself was beautiful, but there was some damage during the shipping process.

Good quality but I was disappointed as I thought I was buying a proper card, not a postcard. Hence it is useless to me. It was called a flat card, which I thought meant a card! .

Disappointing purchase as I thought I was getting a folded card, not a postcard. Useless for what I wanted. Waste of money. Also printing appeared slightly off centre.
