Quality of product is not as expected for the price, when we contacted Zazzle they advised the only option was to return the product, which would cost us an additional amount to send back. No other options were presented (Shipping label or a price adjustment on the product). The design is all print, there is no metalic or sparkle to the card. We ordered other products from Zazzle and have been very happy with the result. Unfortunately these were not as they appeared.
