The Giant Panda National Park in China is a vast conservation area established in 2020 to protect the endangered giant panda (Ailuropoda melanoleuca). Spanning over 27,000 square kilometres across the provinces of Sichuan, Gansu, and Shaanxi, the park encompasses 67 existing panda reserves and is home to approximately 1,864 wild giant pandas, accounting for about 80% of China's wild panda population .
