NOTE: This dark blue tissue paper prints out as the deepest, richest dark blue...just lovely. If you customise this design, please be aware it will only look well on white tissue paper sizes as the background colour is already dark blue! I like the thick, rich blue, velvet feel of this design...reminds me of a victorian scrap quilt...try it on other tissue paper sizes in white...at home, monogram it with metallic markers on the edge for a classy touch!
