The numbers have fallen in a jumble at the bottom of the dial as you don't really need to worry about the time much after you retire. There is also the slogan "No Boss, No Problem," and an illustration of a purple flower, which you can keep as is or change with another image (though if you do change it, note that the texts "Retired" and "No Boss, No Problem" text will be superimposed on the new image, just as they are here).
