Dogs Playing Poker(A Friend In Need) was painted in 1903 by Cassius Marcellus Coolidge. Maybe the most famous of his paintings,it shows seven dogs sitting around a table playing poker in the wee morning hours of the morning.It derives its name from the bulldog handing an ace under the table to his dog friend.
