The tags were great. Had to call customer service to adjust the lettering size and they were very helpful. However, UPS handed off the final leg of shipping to the USPS and my tags were routed to the wrong post office. UPS had no record of the USPS tracking number so no way to follow up on the status after the hand off. The tags finally arrived the day before the wedding shower- 5 days later than projected. Printing was great. Customer service called as my original lettering was bleeding into the design. The rep walked me through how to resize the lettering. Final product looked excellent. The bride to be was very pleased.
