Even though I have done several departments worth of pinball work, such as: Game Design, Rules Design, Marketing, Sales, Code, Quality Assurance, Community Outreach, Distributor Relations, Livestream Producer, Social Media, Seminar Speaker, Game Tester ... it only matters if the people in charge know and care about what your are doing to help the business succeed. In an effort to help the business win, I spread myself too thin and paid the price. I did not realise I had become a martyr, until it was too late.
