Fun Scottish Brodie Clan's Castle Photo Puzzle
Beautiful, challenging jigsaw puzzle presents a summertime photo of Scotland's Brodie Castle, ancient home of the Brodie Clan. The family called it home over 35 generations and many centuries. In fact the family is so buried in antiquity, its origins and names are mysterious. Perhaps the people of the clan are related to Pictish kings. Or perhaps they are Gaelic or even Norman. Because of the hazy past, the meaning of the clan name is also mysterious and unknown as it has been spelled numerous ways over the many centuries: Brochy, Brothy, Brothie, Brothu, Brode. Owned by the National Trust for Scotland since 1978, Brodie Castle is open for visitors at certain times of the year. Turned this into a lockdown activity with my partner for our anniversary. I got the 110 pieces since neither of us are big on puzzles. It's was just one of the nice little fun activities we did together. Probably took 30 minutes all up. We're gona frame it and keep it as a memory. The quality of the print was fine. Our teeth look like they stick out a bit just due to the the shape of the pieces around our teeth. But no problems.
