FYI there’s a reason the Free Speech amendment was FIRST. Ratified December 15, 1791, and forms what is known as the Bill of Rights. Amendment I - Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances. Robert Small wanted to speak at a public forum hosted by the Maryland State Board of Education. Small stood in the audience and criticised the Common Core curriculum’s lower educational standards, saying children were being prepared for community colleges, according to the Baltimore Sun. That occurred in September 2013 in Towson, MD; a parent at a public town hall meeting handcuffed and pushed out of the forum because he had the audacity to question. Don’t believe me?
