FREE PALESTINE - No Vote for Genocide Joe - Pledge Count - All Profits Donated All Profits Donated to UNRWA, the lifeline of humanitarian aid to Palestinians in Gaza and across the Middle East. HOW TO USE: With this card you pledge not to vote for Joe Biden in large part (or entirely) because of his support for the genocide of Palestinians. Please fill in the first circle completely, and then ask your friends, family, colleagues, anyone who might have voted for Biden to take that pledge and fill in another circle. The circle grid is 20x15, for a total of 300 circles. Once they are all filled in, please initial and date the card (that is, put in your initials and the date that the last circle was filled in). You can a username if you prefer to stay anonymous. Then take a photo and upload it to social media, and that of your congressperson, senators, and the White House; if you're using a username to stay anonymous, make sure your social media handle doesn't identify you. Please make sure it's one circle per person, and that the people filling the circle are not planning to vote Republican. (Please do not vote for Trump to spite Biden - he's no better, and his son-in-law Jared Kushner pushed to have the embassy moved to Jerusalem, which was a major escalation, and Kushner has been on record talking about how Gaza is prime real estate for Jews, not Muslim or Christian Palestinians). If you're like me, you've watched with horror as politician after politician, leader after leader, not only supported the genocide in Gaza but tried to help it along with military aid, diplomatic cover, deceitful propaganda, and attacks on those of us who oppose genocide against anyone. In the US we have seen an outpouring of support in the Uncommitted and No Preference votes in the Democratic primaries. We will vote, but not for the candidates they put forth to enrich the donor and political class at the expense of the people, irrespective of party. We will not be trapped into this cycle of choosing "the lesser evil" or voting along party lines when all the candidates that receive enough support to get through the primaries are pre-selected. Unfortunately, they are pre-selected by an establishment that supports genocide and a military-industrial complex that feeds on the lives and suffering of people worldwide. We are saying the system needs to be changed, that it will not change itself, and so we resist. We are saying that genocide is a red line and we will never vote for anyone who supports genocide, no matter how they try to cloak it in deceptive PR campaigns. We the people will push to be represented for the good of people, not the good of the donor class.
