i came upon this scene the last morning of my most recent visit to iceland. i have been a longtime fan of icelandic hot dogs ever since my first visit to the country, and clearly i'm not the only fan of this little stand, which has been in operation since 1937, stays open late at night, and has served celebrities including bill clinton and metallica. (card created december 2020)
