Having Alaskan reindeer in the window of Frederick & Nelson proved to be a considerable challenge. They began losing their hair in great chunks and Hugh Mann, VP of Visual Presentation, recalled they “had to glue it back on. Then the antlers fell off, and we tried gluing them on. When that didn’t work we strapped them on with harnesses.” Twenty-five years later they were more successful with reindeer raised in Oregon.

My grandson liked the card. Your cards are always great quality. I enjoyed being able to use a photo of him in the card, as these cards are keepsakes. The only disappointment was that I couldn’t get a gamer themed card. He is a very passionate gamer.
