Franz Marc - The Blue Rider - Horses Poster

The German military recognised how important the art of Franz Marc would be and issued orders to remove him from military service during World War I. Marc was killed in battle before the order was executed, but many of his wonderful expressionist works now hang in museums and other collections. He is considered one of the most important artists of the German expressionist movement, and he was a founding member of the art journal Der Blaue Reiter (The Blue Rider). He painted this image of horses, also called "The Blue Rider"" in 1913.

An absolutely beautiful print. The green surround of the central image, when the print arrived, was actually more of a mint green than the leaf green shown-didn't matter, I decided I liked it better. The print is now surrounded by an elegant Prussian blue matte and gold frame and looks stunning on my pale green metallic wall (yes, I live in a rental property). Very happy with this product.

my staff loves it , and other branch is asking me where i got this and i give your website to them. maybe you can add up on personalised option, laminated or a frame maybe . great job. but you can add an option if we wanted to have it laminated or frame as add up option
