I ordered this mousepad because I have a painful neuropathy and I needed a soft surface under my wrist when using my mouse. The mousepad arrived with the adhesive from the envelope having stuck to the pad and I could not get it off. The seller replaced the mousepad after I sent in a picture of it. I love the current mousepad, as it truly is a soft surface that has made working much easier for me. The printing was a bit darker than I expected, but still quite nice.
