Fowl Weather - Predicting Rain Postcard

There many scientific ways to find out if it will rain. Barometric pressure, wind changes, temperature drops, satellite data. But what if you don't have access to any of that? If your observant, you may find birds have the ability to sense weather is coming. In their middle ear they have a special receptor called the Vitali Organ. It senses pressure, and because of such, they may fly lower because the pressure hurts them. Other birds sit in groups and hang out while feeding, others sit on a wire. There are other clear signs if you are observant enough, it subtle but you may just spot something else they do.
