The olive tree is a highly appreciated tree, not only for its economic values (some countries derive great part of their income from them!) but also for its beauty and symbolism. It is held as a symbol of peace, friendship, reconciliation and longevity. It is also a symbol of victory, and has traditionally been depicted as such on top of the head of Olympic champions.
In Greek mythology, Zeus had Poseidon (God of the Sea) and Athena (goddess of beauty and love) compete against each other for the rule over Athens. Poseidon produced a spring; Athena produced an olive tree. Athenians chose the olive tree and the goddess became the ruler of the city that carries her name.
Aside from its history, the silvery green tree is beautiful, particularly when its white blooms open up, ready for pollination...thus starting the process of olive production.

OMG my order exceeded my expectation’s. My products are beautiful, they were done soo well. The cushion I did was for my nephews birthday, who had his little pet chapoodle for just over 15yrs, she passed last yr. So I had some special photos as well as a photo of her paw prints and hair put on the cushion. I wanted to make it special for him. His birthday is not until Mon 27th so he hasn’t seen it yet. When he opens his present on the his special day, we are all going to have a little cry, all because of the cushion and how well it was made to bring out the best memories we have of our little Princess.
So thank you soo much for the work you did, and I will most definitely be using you again for one of my other products.
