This is a flag calendar. Every month have a flag but on several months it is more than one country that have their National Day. Click on "Customise it" and change to the flag that you want. Behind the black background layer it is other countries and theirs text. Just put the country that you want to the front and delete the other countries or set them behind the background layer.
