Five-Roof Pagoda at the Asakusa Temple, Tokyo Ceramic Ornament
The Five-storied Pagoda was built in 942 along with the Main Hall by military commander Taira no Kinmasa. Along with the other buildings, it has been successively lost to fire and subsequently reconstructed but it is an incredible building, faithful to the original.

I was extremely happy to find a tree ornament for my Occupational Therapist daughter. (I bought one a few years ago for my Paramedic son) & prior to seeing this I was trying to work out how I could create something similar for her. Unfortunately my first order was deemed lost in the mail which meant it didn't arrive in time to give my daughter when she finished Uni.
