First Tour De France 1903 Winner Maurice Garin jigsaw puzzle I added some more grain and a sepia tint to add some character to the original black and white Vintage Tour De France 1903 Winner Maurice Garin Villeneuve-Saint-Georges image. It looks like most riders of that period had some kind of a leather sack strapped to the handle bars for perhaps water and a snack, maybe first aid in the event of a wreck.

I did order the puzzle in a 30 Oversized pieces format - however the puzzle pieces were small and as a result the puzzle could not be presented at the time of the proposal as it wouldve been rather time consuming! The printing turned out fine. The majority of colours were crisp and clear except for the gold border around the text - which turned out somewhat greenish
