I ordered an ornament from Zazzle before in 2019, it was thicker, from an iPhone photo and the quality came out better. This time around what I received was thinner, had bubbles and was blurry. My high-resolution photo isn't blurry, but what I got was bad. I ordered the same picture from Shutterfly as an 11x14 and it was perfect.
