Santas have changed through the years, here I have painted an elderly Father Christmas, white beard of course, his narrow face and slender body shows him quite different from the rotund gentleman of our time. His cane helps him on his travels over the snowy countryside with no reindeer in sight. Still, he carries the gifts and a small tree that someone will decorate for the holiday. It will be a Merry Christmas for many now and in the future. Pam Elifritz
