I wanted festive return address labels for my Christmas cards that I was sending to Europe. The labels I ordered are described as " Fancy Gold Christmas Tree". The product I received was printed on plain paper, nothing fancy, nothing gold. What should have been gold was washed out light yellow plain ink. I complained to Zazzle and I was asked to send a picture of the product, shipping envelope and the invoice. I did this and I was promised new labels. What I received was exactly the same plain cheap looking labels!! Not as expected.
