Personalise this beautiful memorial plaque for your loved one The left side has space for your photo. The box at the bottom of the photo reads "In Loving Memory" and has space for your loved one's name. The right side has the poem "Don't Stand at my Grave and Weep" by Mary Frye. The text of the poem is fully editable. Just type your own poem in the template area. This plaque is also available with black typography on a white background. If you would like it in a different colour you can simply use the design tool (click to customise further) and change the typography or background to the colour or your choice.
