Fall Sunset on Lake Calhoun Retirement Card
A couple of falls ago, while driving around the lakes of the Twin Cities, as the sun was setting over Lake Calhoun, I stopped to take this picture. Boaters were out on the lake, the sun glanced off the water, shone through the trees, and the fall leaves were on full display. It was a very magical moment. I took the original photo and turned it into a watercolor, the results really makes the colours pop. This image lends itself well to the expression of ones retirement.
