This design features a painting by the American artist Edwin Austin Abbey (1852–1911). It depicts a romantic scene from the mediaeval period. There is an elegant lady in a white dress playing a song of love on her lute. There is also a man seated behind her who is listening to the music. Both the man and woman are sitting down next to a huge tree in an autumnal landscape. The orginal artwork was painted by Edwin Austin Abbey in 1900.
