Established in the stone age Selsey is a seaside town in West Sussex on the south coast of England and lies at the southernmost point of the Manhood Peninsula. It has a rich history with the sea and was historically associated with smuggling but now houses a RNLI Shannon class lifeboat.
It has a wealth of interesting properties including numerous thatched properties and many houses of different styles some featuring house and garden walls with inset beach stones. In most streets there are many homes with spectacular palm trees and exotic plants in their gardens.

I hung this in the stairwell of our house, near some other Renoir pictures. My daughter says it looks like she is looking at her when she walks up the stairs.
it's called "The Excursionist", she is holding a walking stick. Renoir was an impressionist, I don't think this is an actual person. The finished framed picture arrived and looks better than the online pic - Beautiful!
