Beautiful Evening on the Loire landscape, Felix Vallotton oil on canvas painting. Felix Vallotton (December 28, 1865 – December 29, 1925) was a Swiss printmaker and painter, a member the Nabis group who, at the end of the 19th century, combined the Post-Impressionist techniques and style with new avant-garde methods. The Nabis, which translates as the “Prophets,” based their style, subject matters, and techniques on the works of Paul Gauguin, Vincent Van Gogh, Toulouse-Lautrec, and others, merged these separate styles into a single style. It was digitally enhanced this public domain artwork into high resolution printable quality.

I hung this in the stairwell of our house, near some other Renoir pictures. My daughter says it looks like she is looking at her when she walks up the stairs.
it's called "The Excursionist", she is holding a walking stick. Renoir was an impressionist, I don't think this is an actual person. The finished framed picture arrived and looks better than the online pic - Beautiful!

Absolutely superb Art Deco poster. The colours are vibrant, sympathetic to the era and perfect for use. I framed it and hung above the entrance to my Art Deco inspired lounge room. Stunning!
