I'm old school, so ordering on-line for a special occasion, my daughter's shower, I had concerns. When I opened the box, I was so pleased, the invitations were beautiful, simply elegant. While the invitations were perfect, the envelopes were the wrong size, a bit to small. With that being said, I contacted Zazzle, they rectified the problem immediately and expedited the envelopes with a very nice apology. A company that corrects the situation so quickly and with such kindness is huge, so thank you Zazzle. The printing is perfect, and as I said, simply elegant, as is the invitation.
