Although the product arrived a bit later than expected (a replacement was reissued but I email company to let them know ir finally arrived) the poster was of excellent quality. The followup customer service was exceptional by the customer service team trying to find the missing poster - this alone - was worth the purchase. I created this, along with several other posters here on my sharonrhea store, for a good friend who teaches middle school science. The posters are fabulous, and they gave a warm first impression to students and parents entering the classroom for the first time.
