Gitana is the name of this beautiful chestnut mare. This amazing horse has a long flowing mane that's thick and lush. Her sweet and loving personality can been seen through her expressive eyes. This amazing deep brown horse was a pleasure to paint, but I especially enjoyed working on her wonderful mane. Sadly Gitana has passed on, she was a much loved family pet and she is a very special part of my equine portrait collection. I've given this unique clock will look great on any wall and in any room, especially in the room of horse lovers. Gitana’s original pet portrait was painted in soft pastels.
