The product originally came with a defect (the t-shirt was not properly screened). I called Zazzle and they immediately sent me a new one. Their customer service rep was wonderful, polite, and very helpful with helping me resolve the issue. As my first Zazzle purchase, I was very pleased with the overall process.
I bought the shirt as a gift for my husband and it fits true to size. He is 6', thin, about 130lbs. He loves the shirt. It's a favorite book of ours and it's also very original. We get lots of compliments/questions on it.
