Employee Photo Logo Barcode Purple Hospital ID ID Badge

The square photo on the left has a thin white border surrounded by purple stripes across the top and bottom and thin purple lines by its sides. A white block on the centre right side highlights the job title and ID number in violet text, and the barcode. The staff person's name and hospital or business text is white on purple. Your logo is on the top left on purple so white or light coloured logos will work best. You can change the background and text colours to match your branding by tapping "click to customise further."
