It is a flat reproduction of a beautiful three-layered sardonyx cameo from ancient Roman Empire (now in the public domain), representing emperor Octavian Augustus, seen from profile, wearing a laurel wreath, with a sceptre representing an eagle in his hand. It was reused in the Middle Age, put in the centre of the Cross of Lothar, in the 10th century. Recommended as a gift for a lover of ancient Rome or someone named Augustus or Octavian.

I ordered 70 coasters all together. Only 27 came out ok. The print is very low quality and even the cut of the square is very rough. Very disappointing considering I spent nearly $200.
